These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Tarot Maai Shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Product Information

We do our best to describe and display all products (e.g., candles, tarot cards, ritual tools) as accurately as possible. However, due to handmade and natural elements, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. These variations do not affect the quality or energy of the product.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at checkout. We accept secure online payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other trusted gateways.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected delivery method. We ship across Canada and to select international destinations. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and energetic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Tarotmaai@gmail.com and we will make it right.

5. Use of Products

All products are sold for personal and spiritual use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
